This site is dedicated to some of the more uncommon fowl species... some
rare some not so rare
They come in large and bantam sizes
Temperaments vary... personalities are individual
Looks are in the 'eyes of the beholder'
All breeds lay eggs, the difference being:
How many?
How often?
What size?
All birds are bred with show quality the main aim, guidelines set by the
Australian Poultry Standards, some do not make the grade, but this does not
mean they don't make wonderful pets.
So take your time browsing, enjoy, there is a breed for every household and
person !!
